According to the actual application conditions of customers, we have developed and designed this kind of flange flexible hose assembly. This kind of flange flexible hose is made of 304 material annular corrugated inner pipe, and the external use of 2 layers of 304 stainless steel wire braided layer is strengthened, and a layer of 8mm diameter manganese steel spiral wear-resistant steel wire protective layer is added. The use of manganese steel spiral protective layer can not only increase the wear resistance of the hose, It can also protect the hose against the extrusion impact of external objects. According to the actual working requirements, we also added a layer of 304 material single buckle spiral wear-resistant inner lining to the inner layer, which effectively reduced the impact and wear of powder particles on the tube wall during transmission and improved the service life of the hose assembly.
