Tri clamp smooth ptfe hose features:
1. smooth PTFE hose have excellent chemical stability and can resist all strong acids (such as aqua regia, hydrofluoric acid, concentrated hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, fuming sulfuric acid), strong alkalis, strong oxidants, and do not react with various organic solvents
2. smooth PTFE hose can be used normally within the temperature range of -60℃ to +260℃, do not become brittle at freezing temperatures, and do not melt at high temperatures.
3. Due to the non-polarity, heat resistance and non-absorbency of PTFE, smooth bore PTFE hoses are excellent electrical insulating materials. Its resistance is extremely high, the dielectric constant is about 2.0, and the changes of temperature and frequency have basically no effect on it.

5. Under high loads, it has excellent wear resistance. Under certain loads, it has the dual advantages of wear resistance and non-stickiness. Compared with corrugated PTFE hose, smooth ptfe hose is less flexible.
